OPR: Firefight one night narrative
1 – Introduction
This is an introductory 3 game Firefight campaign aimed at players new to narrative play or those wanting a start-to-finish campaign that can be completed in a day. This is ideally played by either 2 players, or by an even numbered group that play each round together. Games should take between 20 – 60 mins depending on experience with the system. A knowledge of the basic rules of One Page Rules Grimdark Future Firefight is recommended. Rules pages can be provided by the TO’s if required.
2 – Background
Brikolea a once bustling mining world until the dwarven guilds greed triggered the Radiance Cascade. Brikolea now sits on the edge of the cascade a slowly dying ball of ash scattered with Hive Habs, wild unstable portals blip in and out of existence across the planet some leading to strange realms and others hellish landscapes. Your band arrives at Brikolea with the prospect of relics left behind by the old guilds.
3 – Gameplay
All games will be played on “Kill team” boards (approx. 30” x 22”). If the space for 4’x4’ tables are available, they can be used. ‘Advanced Actions’ from the advanced rules may be used if both players agree.
4 – Your Fireteam
Create a 300pt *Fireteam using the army forge. List must be built using the force organisation active in the army builder. Narrative note: Name your operatives. *some missions will require you to leave up to 25% of you force off the table*
