All rules for list building and the event will follow the event companion from the Warhammer 40k app. Please have a read of this and get in touch with any questions!

• Game Duration: 3 Hours (15 minute terrain set up then 2hrs 45mins per game)

List Building 

As mentioned, please see the doubles event companion on the Warhammer 40k App. Here’s some key information for quick reference:

• Once in both armies – Epic Heroes, Datasheets which state once per army, enhancements,  any other ‘once per army’ items 
• Each team selects one character model from their armies to be their teams Warlord
• Each team selects one force disposition available to either of their armies, and records it on their roster. This disposition will be used for the entire tournament

• 9:45AM Game 1 Layout set up 
• 10AM Game 1 Starts 
• 12:45PM Lunch (30 mins)
• 1:15PM Game 2 Layout set up 
• 1:30PM Game 2 Starts 
• 4:15PM Break (15 mins)
• 4:30PM Game 3 Layout set up

Pairings and Placings will be determined by the followings factors 

• Swiss (3 points for a win, 1 points for a draw, 0 points for a win)
• Win % (Better percentage for beating a team higher than you in placings)
• Total Victory Points scored through all 3 games 

Prizes

• Prize dice for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place
• Combat Patrol for both winning players!!

The event will be ran through Best Coast Pairings. An email will be sent out for list submission on Wednesday 19th August. Players/Teams will be added to the event after tickets are purchased 

Tickets are priced at £20 per player. Please try to grab a team mate and purchase your tickets at the same time. If you would like to take part, but need a partner, get in touch and we will try to pair you up with someone
