ORK-tober Warhammer 40k Narrative Tournament
It wouldn’t be Ork-tober without a krumpinly good 40k event! This event will be narrative based, with players scoring points from their primary and secondary missions as normal, but with an Ork-y twist thrown in to each round also!Â

A one day 11th edition 40k tournament.
Players must create a legal army using the current rules and points values available on the Warhammer 40k app

No Titanic
No Super-Heavy UnitsÂ
No Knights (Factions and Allies)
No Primarchs and C’tanÂ
No single unit/datasheet over 250 pointsÂ

Terrain Layouts:
Â
While using each players dispositions to generate a terrain layout each round, they won’t fit correctly on a 4×4 map. With this being a narrative event, players will be encouraged to set up terrain to match the layout as best they can, and beginning the game when both players are happy. This means you will not need to use every footprint shown, but enough to ensure points can be scored (i.e each player gets a home objective, and 3 in no mans land of any size)

Instead of rolling for the terrain layout, players will use Map A in round 1, B in round 2, and C in round 3Â

No 3D prints (heads, accessories, upgrades allowed)Â
Each player is allowed one unit to proxy, as long as the units are matched in name, base size and faction. I.e a Maulerfiend instead of a Forgefiend (Same box, different build)

Prize dice will be awarded to the top 3 players, with the winner also receiving the new Start Collecting Orks combat patrol!

Please submit an army list no later than Wednesday 14th October. Lists will be subject to scrutiny in line with the event being aimed at mixed experiences and promoting balanced lists
